To get started, the pitcher can select the "Individual Pitcher Menu" or "High Scores", or the Administrator can select the "Administrative Menu".
Player Main Menu
Once logged in, the pitcher can edit their settings, proceed to the Warmup/Workout/Analysis screen, or if they have a friend nearby, challenge them to a 2-player competition.

From this screen, pitchers can set whether they are in Baseball or Softball, their Pitching Level, if they are Right or Left handed, their Birth Month and Year, and the list of pitches they throw.
Warmup/Workout/Analysis
From this menu, the pitcher can throw continuous warm-up pitches, Setup and Run their customized Pitch Routine, Playback a Pitch Routine they have already thrown, or challenge themselves in a Single Player Competition.

In the Playback Menu, the pitcher can select a pitch routine that they have thrown to either Playback, Delete, or they can create a CD to take home and view.
Playback
After the pitcher selects a routine to playback, they can toggle through all the pitches using the default front view, select the  preset top view or side view from the lower three screens, or drag and rotate the front view to see the pitch from any angle.

Administrative Menu
The administrative menu allows administrators to make several changes including creating new pitchers, deleting pitchers, changing pitcher passwords, editing pitcher settings, and creating PitchTrack PlayBack CDs for Coaches.

Sports Complexes will use the Manage Sessions screen to add timed sessions to a pitcher's account.  The length of each session may be set by the adminstrator. 
High Scores
Each competition that consists of 10 pitches or more per player calculates the average points per pitch.  The top 10 averages are displayed on the High Scores screen.
